Responsibilities:

Responsible for achieving personal sales KPI and meeting targets target.

Conduct research for potential clients and build clients database.

To effectively present the key features and benefits of our trainings and conferences.

Prepare daily sales report.

Training Producer

Job Description:

Training Producer is required to research, develop, produce and execute successful training courses. Utilizing skills in training need analysis, market research and project management to satisfy clients’ needs will be central of this position success.

Responsibilities:

Conduct in depth market research to identify critical issues, prominent facilitators.

Engage prominent speakers.

Effective in managing budgets for each project assigned.

Produce brochure, liaise with marketing manager and designer to ensure brochure quality.

Ongoing liaison with event sales team where applicable.

In charge of sponsor /endorser related arrangement.

Requirements:
  • A Bachelor’s Degree in any field with a minimum of ONE (1) Year working experience
  • Exceptionally smooth-spoken in English , flair copy-writing skills and excellent attention to details
  • Self-motivated, able to work independently and love challenges
  • Great business sense and like to understand and discover trends and issues
