While there are many courses on emotional intelligence, few of them actually get into the critical issues behind why plans ultimately fail or end results turn out differently from expected. This course stands to differ from others as it is indeed based on hands on experiences, real–life case studies and proven methodologies. Given Pre-course questionnaire and assignment gave clear picture to trainer where participants stand with the topic. Why is EI important? This is by far the most important question to answer and the effect whether a leader is able to exhibit EI to his/her team. The general conclusion was that leading by example is the merit of EI.

Tony’s approach, knowledge, experience and charm is directed at improving an organization’s and individual performance. This course included a series of interactive table exercises intended to both identify preferred decisions and develop support necessary to successfully create a leader.

“It has now been clearly shown that Emotional Intelligence is the greatest differentiator between being a good manager or leader and being a great one. More than this, Emotional Intelligence is crucial for all the relationships we have – whether with colleagues, friends, family or partners.”
